Front Desk Scheduler assisted with appt making, there was a one hour gap in between my two different treatments. Which I was fine with to save making 2 trips. While I was waiting a few minutes, Dr. Mokrist had his assistant ask if I could switch hygienists to be seen earlier due to a cancellation and not have to wait the full hour. Wow! what conscientiousness! Dream team staff!
