One of our primary goals is to assess and guide you through maintaining a positive state of oral health. From there, we can diagnose and discuss treatment options as necessary. We may be able to provide treatment during the initial appointment, but depending on your needs, we may invite you back for a follow-up visit.
Registration Options
If you are a new patient, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to complete your new patient registration. You can also access your new patient forms and pre-registration online. By completing the registration at home, you can save time in the office later.
Comprehensive Dental Exam
The initial comprehensive exam is a no-risk way to learn the current status of your oral health. You will meet with your dentist, who will review your medical history and listen to your concerns. Based on initial findings, the dentist may recommend x-rays before conducting a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth.
A personal treatment and financial breakdown will be scheduled between you, the doctor, and our financial coordinator for the next visit. This meeting helps our patients have a better understanding of their dental condition and what future appointments will consist of.
Our financial coordinator will also be available to discuss any financing options if needed. If you are interested in taking advantage of these options, please see our Financial Information page.
What to Bring with You for The Initial Appointment
If you have any of the following, please bring them with you to your initial appointment:
A list of medications you’re taking
Insurance forms
X-rays
You may need to ask your physician or previous dentist to forward x-rays to our office.
